I have over 25 years financial services experience and have worked for some of the UK’s largest banks, building societies and Life Assurance companies in client facing and senior management roles.
I was delighted to join Andrew David Associates in June 2017 as Practice Manager; I have known the Directors for many years and share their values of providing great customer service across a wide range of financial needs.
My role is to ensure that the partners and advisors have an efficient and effective team who support them in delivering outstanding service to our clients.
I love the varied and challenging nature of the role, the sociable nature of our team, and the many opportunities I have to meet and speak with our clients.
After studying at College, I started my career in administration, as a Legal Secretary for a Conveyancing Department, within a Solicitors firm, in the Market Town of Devizes, Wiltshire. My duties included general administration and taking care of clients’ files. During my time there, I experienced a wide range of different aspects of Law, including Probate & Estate work, Wills and Criminal Law. I worked there for two years, before moving to Southampton, where I joined a commercially driven firm of Solicitors. Within my time there, my duties were varied and I spent most of my time supporting with the administration of large family estates and landowners.
I had a career break whilst raising my family until joining our business, Andrew David Associates, in 2008. Since then, I have taken care of the day-to-day running of client administration. This covers a wide range of duties, including, client servicing, making sure that regular contact is made with our clients, trust administration and dealing with enquiries. I also look after the Company records, advertising and marketing.
I enjoy speaking with our clients and hope that we offer a tactile relationship, which enables us to deliver a high quality service to our clients, both now and in the future.
I joined the company in September 2014 to help with general administration and am now apart of the paraplanning team, supporting the Partners to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
I have just successfully completed my studies in achieving the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. I am now continuing to gain valuable hands-on experience in understanding and meeting our customers’ needs.
I have over 10 years’ experience within financial services and have worked the majority of this time within Protection and Investments for one of the UK’s largest building societies.
After taking some time out to have a family I was keen to get back into financial services and was very happy to join Andrew David Associates in September 2017.
I am part of the expanding paraplanning team, where our key responsibilities are to support the Partners in delivering a fantastic customer experience and first-class service to our clients.
I love the varied work that the role has to offer along with the great working environment within the team.
Morena has over 15 years experience working as an administrator in the Finance Industry predominately in Jersey, Channel Islands. She has previously worked for Coutts Private Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mourant and Carey Olsen both local Jersey Law Firms.
After spending 3 years living in Singapore, Morena has recently relocated back to UK. A keen outdoor enthusiast, Morena enjoys hiking, running and the great outdoors, and enjoys music and going out to gigs. She also has a keen interest in travelling.
